What documents do I require for renting the item?


Copy of PAN Card. Bank Statement for last 6 months. Address Proof: Copy of Rent Agreement/Passport/Voter I card (an affidavit in case none is available). Linkedin ID Facebook ID




Is there any delivery or pick up charge?


No, there are no deliver or pick-up charges. Unless if there is any complication in delivering the product.




What if the item gets damaged?


All the electronic products offered to you come with manufacturer warranty as defined in your contract. In the unlikely scenario of any manufacturing defect; We shall repair the same with no additional cost to you, during the period of your contract. If there is any major damage caused by dropping the product or any voltage fluctuation deponds on the damage the user has to pay the reparing charges




What is your Return and Refund policy?


In case any product delivered by us is found to have manufacturing defect, you shall inmitate us within 3 days of delivery. You can replace OR opt for refund when you return the product(s). Bridge Tech Supports undertakes to replace the defective product(s) within 7 business days of receipt of information. In case of return, refund shall be processed within 7 business days from the receipt of intimation.
